HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?
- Some of our items are “in stock” and can be picked up or delivered in 1-5 business days.
- “Quick Ship” items will be available for delivery/pickup within 1 – 2 weeks.
- Items that require pre-order (Non- Quick Ship) or are custom will be available for delivery/pickup in 2 – 6 weeks.

WHAT IS OUR DELIVERY AREA?
- Our store is located in Barrie, Ontario. We will deliver within a 200km radius.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY/PICK UP
New Chairs
- Many of our new chairs can be shipped Canada wide for $25.00 per chair.
- Delivered by courier.
- Chairs are shipped unassembled and boxed, no assembly available.
Outside our delivery area
- Transport delivery can be used to your address if it is outside of our delivery area.
- Drop off at the main door, ground level or loading dock if available.
- Items are shipped both assembled and unassembled, depending on our supplier. Items will be shrink wrapped, boxed, and skidded when appropriate.
- Assembly not available with this method of shipping.
- Can not guarantee condition of many items if shipped assembled due to them not being in proper protective wrapping. Contact our team to discuss.
Within our delivery area by our team
- Full service and installation available.
- The delivery fee will vary depending on the clients needs, location, and product.
- Delivery and install services include:
- Assembly and installation of commercial/home furniture; assembly of chairs; unpackaging and placing items into initial requested positions; removal of packaging/waste/recycling; wall mounting NOT included.
- Extra charge for 1 or 2 flights above or below ground level (assessed on an individual basis)
- Deliveries are made Mon-Thurs 9am-5pm EST.
- Contact us for a delivery and installation quote and for specific item details and questions.
- It is your responsibility to ensure doorways will accommodate the packaged product and that any unnecessary items be removed from the installation area to allow space for unpackaging, building and installation. Much of this will be discussed during the quoting process.
- We want to cause the least amount of disruption on your delivery date, however, if extra unforeseen or not, work is required by the Dunlop delivery team, you will be billed $50.00/hour per team member.
- We reserve the right to cancel a purchase and refund the customer if we deem the delivery area to be unsafe or if it will result in an unreasonable amount of overtime.
Pick up
- At our location: 200 Dunlop Street West in Barrie, Ontario.
- Bring a suitable vehicle, packing materials, blankets, cardboard, rope, etc. You are responsible for loading your own vehicle, so please bring appropriate help.
- If our team is required to be of help to you with loading, you understand that we will not be responsible for any damage to your vehicle or the goods you have purchased.
When necessary, a Dunlop team member will call you directly to schedule your office furniture delivery/pick up date and confirm shipping details.
