Damaged Goods Policy

Dunlop Office Furniture Ltd. uses all precautions to ensure your package arrives intact. Occasionally, however, you may receive a product that has been damaged during delivery. In such cases, we will make every effort to obtain your replacement as quickly as possible, at no cost to you. During shipping, however, we can not always make this commitment as there are other parties involved. Depending on the carrier, there may be the option to purchase additional insurance to guarantee the safe arrival of your goods. Please contact us for more information.

Damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Please follow these steps upon receipt of your goods:

  • Clearly identify any damage and take photos, time and date stamped (if possible), of the damaged packaging and/or product, clearly showing all damage.
  • Damaged merchandise claims must be in writing, therefore, through our Contact page, provide a description of the damage, order #, your name, manufacturers name and item #, which will start the claim process.
  • Replacement items may be subject to the original orders lead time.
  • Dunlop Office Furniture Ltd. reserves the right to refuse an exchange, replacement item, or store credit in the event that the item is found to have been damaged after the delivery or has been misused or mishandled.
