Damaged Goods Policy

  • Dunlop Office Furniture uses all precautions to ensure your package arrives to you intact. Occasionally, however, you may receive a product that has been damaged during shipping. In such cases, we will make every effort to obtain your replacement as quickly as possible, at no cost to you.
  • Damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Follow these steps upon receipt of your goods:

  • Clearly identify any damage and make a note on the courier’s bill of lading and or delivery order before signing for your package, if at all possible.
  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and product, clearly showing all damage.
  • Contact a Dunlop team member asap within 24 hours at [email protected].
  • Damaged merchandise claims must be in writing. Provide the original order #, your name, manufacturers name and item # along with any photos showing the damage.
  • Replacement items may be subject to the original orders lead time.
  • Any refund will be credited to the same payment method as the original purchase.
  • Dunlop Office Furniture reserves the right to refuse a refund or replacement item in the event that the item is found to have been damaged after the delivery or has been misused or mishandled.
